Our customers are very important to us and if you’re not happy with your purchase, or need to change the size, we offer an exchange or store credit, provided the item is returned within fourteen days from the time of purchase.
We take every precaution to ensure our products are in perfect condition prior to dispatch. However, if your purchase is found to be defective in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will be more than happy to arrange a refund, replacement, store credit or exchange. If you are unsure of sizing, please don’t hesitate to call or email us before placing your order.
It’s a requirement that any goods being returned are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition – including all original tags and packaging.
